Please list the part number, serial number and a short description of the problem for the item being returned. NOTE: You must enter Merchandise Return information for at least one item.

1. You will receive a response once the form is submitted. Please check your 'junk e-mail/bulk' box, as the e-mail from Trimble may appear there.

2. Please write the valid Case Number that you received from support on the shipping label and the outside packaging.

3. Please include a copy of the confirmation e-mail with the shipment.
